If you receive a defective or incorrectly manufactured item, please contact customer support with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, further instructions will be provided.

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 1–5 business days for shipping, depending on your location. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may vary due to circumstances outside of my control.

Shipping costs range from $8.95–$15.95 and may vary based on your order and delivery location. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
